The platform is operated by L’Amar Healthcarre Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and is accessible at https://www.lamarworld.co.
Through our platform, we offer a range of healthcare, wellness, herbal, nutraceutical, personal care, baby care, and OTC products (“Products”) for purchase.

These Terms govern your use of the platform, products, and the information we provide. By accessing, browsing, or using the platform, or by clicking “I AGREE”, “SUBMIT”, or similar options (if available), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Using the Platform

2.1 Account Creation:

To access certain features, you may need to create a Lamarworld Account using your valid email address and mobile number. You may also continue as a guest user, but certain features like order tracking and saved addresses may not be available.

2.2 Responsibility:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. The Company is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or refuse service without prior notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

3. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not download, modify, copy, or reproduce the platform or any part thereof for commercial use without prior written consent.

4. Product Description and Use

4.1 Product Information:

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, product information may contain typographical or visual errors. Actual product packaging and materials may differ.

4.2 Use of Products:

Products are intended for personal use only and not for resale or distribution. Please read all product labels, warnings, and directions before use.

5. Payment

5.1 Modes of Payment:

We accept the following payment options:

Partial COD (where applicable)

5.2 Taxes:

All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of GST.
For deliveries within Maharashtra, applicable CGST and SGST are included in the price; for deliveries outside Maharashtra, IGST will be applied.

5.3 Payment Security:

We use third-party payment gateways such as PayU and Cashfree for secure transactions. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party services.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Free Delivery: Orders above ₹599 qualify for free delivery.
Delivery Charges: Orders below ₹599 attract a flat delivery charge of ₹79.
Dispatch Time: Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours.
Delivery Timeline: Metro cities – 2–4 working days; Non-metro cities – 5–7 working days (subject to courier partner timelines).

7. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is dispatched or assigned to a courier partner, it cannot be canceled, especially for Prepaid and Partial COD orders.

8. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for:

Damaged, expired, or incorrect items received.

Return Process:

Submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery via email.
Provide order ID, photos, or video proof of the issue.
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

9. Offers and Promotions

Promotions such as “Flat 5% off – Promo Code: LMRFREE5” are subject to minimum order value and time validity.
Offers cannot be combined unless specified.
The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—including text, images, graphics, product information, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of L’Amar Healthcarre Pvt. Ltd.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.
