Refund policy
Return & Cancellation Policy
- Partial COD Orders Terms And Cancellation charges:
- 40% of the order value is collected as advance.
- If the customer cancels the order, the advance amount (fully or partially, depending on order value) will not be refunded.
- If the delivery is not accepted by the customer, transaction charges and delivery charges and handling charges will be deducted from the partial payment.
- Prepaid Orders: Terms And Cancellation charges:
- For orders of Rs.100 – Rs.999, if cancelled immediately after placing the order, Rs.50 (transaction + handling charges) will be deducted and the rest refunded.
- For orders of Rs.1000 and above, if cancelled immediately after placing the order, Rs.80 will be deducted and the rest refunded.
- In case of delivery issues from our side (such as delay or damage), resolutions will be handled accordingly.
Important Note:
For both Prepaid and Partial COD orders, no refunds will be processed once the courier partner has been assigned or after the order has been shipped. The cancel option will be disabled at that stage.
Refund Timeline:
Once the returned product is received and verified by our team, the refund will be processed within:
5–7 business days for prepaid orders.
7–10 business days for Partial COD or COD orders.
