RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION & SHIPPING POLICY

• RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 
• There is a ‘no return policy’ on the “Health & Personal Care” category of products.
• If you have received a damaged product, we can replace this with the exact item. If you have received a wrong product, we can replace this with the correct item. Goods can only be returned if it is unused and intact, and by providing proof of damage/ defect. Opened or used goods can’t be returned.
• Please email us at orders@lamarhealthcare.com within 24 hours of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.
• We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation.
• Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us. Please send us an email at orders@lamarhealthcare.com and we will provide the details for further proceedings.

 

• CANCELLATION POLICY
• We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being received.

• Orders once shipped, cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

• SHIPPING POLICY

We at L’Amar understand that you would like to receive your products at the earliest and in good condition. So, we use our large network of couriers to bring you the best as soon as possible.

We have partnered with the best courier service providers in India and so you expect your orders at the earliest in 7-10 business days. In case of an unfortunate delay, we will surely inform you about the same.

• All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of the payment being received.
• We will ship out your order within 48 hours of processing.
• Our courier partners will deliver your products within 7-10 working days.
